Change the paths in the scripts for your O/S in the egothor/bin directory. If you unzipped the download file to a different directory structure than the one provided then you will need to supply your paths. The scripts are provided primarily to demonstrate the functionality of the Java class used in a particular routine. Don't forget to add Egothor to your classpath before running one of these scripts.
